Contraindications & Client Safety

✨ Not Suitable If Any Apply

• Pregnancy — Head‑spa treatments are not offered during pregnancy.

• Recent surgery — Please allow full recovery and medical clearance before booking.

• Neck or head injury — Any current injury means the treatment is unsuitable.

• Thrombosis or Embolism — A history of these conditions makes head‑spa work unsafe.

• Spondylitis or Spondylosis — These spinal conditions contraindicate head‑spa treatments.

• Active scalp conditions — Active psoriasis or eczema on the scalp must be fully resolved.

• Cancer treatment — Clients currently receiving chemotherapy or using cold‑cap treatments are unable to have high‑frequency services, as the scalp needs extra gentleness during this time.

• Allergies — Please disclose any sensitivities to products or ingredients.

• Hair extensions — Extensions cannot be worn during any head‑spa treatment.

🌿 Hair Extensions Note

Due to the nature of head‑spa techniques, treatments are not suitable for clients wearing extensions. They are, however, ideal for those who have recently had extensions removed and wish to refresh the scalp.
