How does the recipient book their appointment?

Gift‑card bookings are made through the website as normal. Choose your treatment, select your preferred appointment time, and enter your gift‑card details at checkout to pay the deposit or full amount.

Using Partial Value

What if the treatment costs more or less than the gift card value?

If the treatment is less, the remaining balance stays on the card. If the treatment is more, the difference can be paid at the appointment.

Transferring Gift Cards

Refunds

Are gift cards refundable?

Gift cards are non‑refundable, but they may be used toward any service of your choice. I kindly ask that they are enjoyed within 12 months so the experience, value, and treatment menu remain beautifully aligned.
